  The initial reception was excellent and friendly. The staff were very attentive and polite and the cleanliness of the hotel was beyond reproach. It has been the best experience of staying in a UK hotel and would recommend it. They should be congratulated on such a lovely service provided. The dinner is also superb in their restaurant. - Could no... vad folk säger » t fault anything. The staff were genuinely pleased to see you. Always friendly with us and amongst themselves. Nothing was faked and if things weren't as expected matters were immediately dealt with. Classy, slick and professional. Real breakfasts!!!
