This hotel is a real find and I wouldn't stay anywhere else in
Bristol. The location is excellent and the hotel has a real buzz. We
particularly enjoy the bar area which is great for morning coffee,
afternoon tea or a drink before dinner. Food is always a highlight
of our stay. -

outstanding hotel and will be returning, really impressed with staff and faciltities and the quality of everything.Also its central location and its outside facilities such as neighbouring gym and pool etc. - The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was fantastic and the general feel of the hotel was cosy, individual and high quality. Excellent location, large parking just outside of main entrance, well designed reception and huge rooms that could probably fit one more double bed in it. Tea/coffee tray in a room had plenty of coffee sachets and tea bags unlike other hotels that would only have one or two. Also, bed is huge, much bigger than we expected. Will definitely come aga

The staff where all very freindly and nothing was so much trouble. We will definatley be going back, we only stayed for one night but will stay for longer next time.
The room was very clean and comfortable and the restaurant was good value for money.

The location, and that I reserved a river view room on line and actually received one! The buffet breakfast was excellent. - Very spacious room, extra large double bed which was extremely comfortable, and everything was spotlessly clean.
