Very friendly attentive helpful staff. Reception area was very welcoming. The whole hotel was spotless. Excellent shower. Comfy bed. i was very pleasantly surprised at how really nice the ibis was, i did,nt know what to expect but from my arrival to my checking outi could find no faults with the hotel or the staff. i whave since booked into both the ibis at swansea and at whitechapel london. i would not hesitate to reccomend the ibis hotels to my friends.
