  The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The bar and food are available 24-7 (unlike many hotels I have stayed in). The location is excellent and I had a nice view of the river Avon. The room was excellent: really spacious and clean with tea and coffee making facilities available. The room was so quiet (I stayed midweek) and it was - Great value and location for this model hotel. Staff were helpful and rooms were very updated and clean. The free internet in the lobby was a great service. The location of this hotel was close to the Temple Mead Station for rail travelers and connects to several bus routes. IT was very quite and again, staff were approachable and helpful. Great place to stay for families, business, or mature couples. Love the hotel.

  It was very convenient in terms of its proximity to the airport. Despite being close to a main road, the rooms have double glazing and we didn't hear any noise whatsoever. The family room was big enough for us and also accommodated a cot, and the bathroom was also large and spacious.   To start off I would say that you cant find a better location, a better sized and CLEAN room in this price, barring you plan and book atleast 2 months in advance. The rooms are very spacy considering the average size of rooms in the UK, are cozy, the bathroom is large with all the ame - Totally love this hotel. Located in a peaceful street. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. My father left his phone in the room after we checked out and only realised about it when we arrived at the Bristol airport. I called the receptionist and she quickly run upstairs to the room and search for the phone. She kept the phone safe for us until my friend claimed it on behalf of us. And also we got a discount for our room rate upon arrival. What a great service they provided. Althoug

  I have just moved to Bristol for work, and stayed at the yha several days while looking for accommodation. Overall, yha Bristol is a very good hostel compared to the standard. It is new and clean which is pretty rare for hostels. Showers are new and clean too. Tv lounge on the ground floor is a great concept. Excellent location and staff was very ... vad folk säger » friendly. - I had a great stay. The hostel had really good communal areas - more like a chic coffee house than a budget hostel. The rooms weren't quite as nice but perfectly acceptable. The wifi was good but you have to pay for it and it doesn't reach the bedrooms - only available in the communal areas. Location is fantastic.
