Clean, comfortable, safe and plenty of parking and very convenient for my purposes. I would recommend it in future. - They were very accomdating after the booking system made an error and over booked the family rooms. Very impressed.

This is our fourth stay at the Mercure Holland House, Bristol. We have always received the best of attention from the staff who are very pleasant to a one. Excellent location, large parking just outside of main entrance, well designed reception and huge rooms that could probably fit one more double bed in it. Tea/coffee tray in a room had plenty of coffee sachets and tea bags unlike other hotels that would only have one or two. Also, bed is huge, much bigger than we expected. Will definitely come aga

The staff where all very freindly and nothing was so much trouble. We will definatley be going back, we only stayed for one night but will stay for longer next time.
The room was very clean and comfortable and the restaurant was good value for money.

Stayed 18-20th July 2013 room 210. Had a great stay here. Arrived a bit early at 12.30 but there was a room ready so we could check in. The parking is right next door in the NCP multistorey carpark. Unfortunately the carpark lifts are out of action but that's NCP's fault. The hotel validate your parking ticket so it only costs £12.50 /day. The ro

We walked through the door to be greeted with mince pies and mulled wine and a friendly and festive welcome to us and our grandchildren.
The member of staff who checked us in understood our needs (my husband is disabled) and those of our grandchildren and put herself out to ensure these needs were met. The hotel was busy but we felt we were treated as if we were the only guests. We expect Mariott's to be comfortable and clean,

Although the room was small for 2 friends sharing i think it would have been perfectly sized for a weekend break for a couple. The breakfast was lovely, with lots of choices available, although a longer time period for breakfast would have been better.
The rooms were very clean and tastefully decorated, and the location was great for both a day at the shops and a night on the town!
I would definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

Läget - The closeness to the centre of Bristol, only a 10 minute walk. The facilities in the room were excellent, its nice having the facility to cook if you want, and the bonus of the washing machine and dishwasher was brilliant. The hotel has a great location for those wanting to explore the city, especially good for the shops with Cabot Circus a 5 min walk away! Staff couldnt have done more to make our stay! Rooms were clean, beds were extremely comfortable and i really liked the bathroom. Rainfall shower and bath was brilliant. -

After a flight back from holidays to Bristol airport in the middle of the night it was a great relief for a comfy sleep for a few hours staff were helpful in obtaining details of local attractions and my daughter left her soft toy in the room and was very disapointed staff located the item and returned it by post which made my daughter very happy.

I chose a serviced let for a change to staying in a hotel. The accommodation was comfortable and everything you needed was available. It was clean and spacious just as in the photos, I could cook a meal when I wanted and most important what I wanted. The sofa was modern and comfortable.The staff were friendly and made me feel very welcome. -

This was my first stay in an apartment in the UK.
Wonderful apartment. Clean, stylish and cosy.
I liked the small balcony to walk out on.
All utilities, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave. Made this a home from home.
The location is superb for shopping at Cabot and going to the cinema.

I would use Premier Apartments again. -
Every fixture and fitting was not cheep and was spotless, every detail
was covered from dishwasher tablets and a hair drier to a bed that
made mine feel like a pile of rocks even the knives in the drawer were
laid out the same way! Easy access to cabots and broadmead and right
next to a spa and even though they are located near a busy area of
Bristol the sound proofing is excellent I couldn't be more pleased
with our room.
