  Lugnt läge, ingen störande trafik. Trevlig personal, speciellt i frukostmatsalen. - It was very easy to book in at reception. The hotel staff were fantastic - nothing was too much trouble and they took time to get to know us. My friend is a coeliac and she was amazed that the menu catered for her. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. - This hotel was great. The staff were friendly and very helpful when we asked about the local area. The hotel itself was comfortable and the added bonus off free use of the pool, sauna and leisure facilities mean we will definitely return.

  The ease of checkout, the hotel restaurant, the room itself was spacious and well designed. Excellent breakfast and such a lovely place to stay. - Beautiful views over the sea, very pleasant and helpful staff. Location of the hotel was close to all amenities.

  The Spa was amazing and rooms were very clean and tidy the best hotel I have stayed in Bournemouth. All in all a wonderful weekend, will be going back soon - Accessability to the beach. Use of the facilities - but unfortunately we couldnt get any treatments as they were fully booked
