A traditional family hotel run with so much care. Everywhere was spotless even the décor and lighting in extremely good order.- we didn't see one light bulb not working properly! Food excellent and staff so friendly. The garden facing the cliff top is wonderful and in good weather taking either morning coffee or afternoon tea it is so relaxing

Staff were friendly and very professional. I was running the Bournemouth Half Marathon on Sunday 6th October and I asked Petar on reception if it was possible to delay my checkout by an hour so I could come back to the hotel and shower. He was able to do this and I really appreciated it as I was travelling back to London.

Lovely hotel in a great location. The room I had was very nice for the price, the breakfast was good and the parking facilities were good. It was nice to have a leisure club too although the sauna and steam rooms weren't working when I used them. -

The service from all staff was prompt efficient and friendly. When a problem arose in the allocated room another room was immediately offered. Although the purpose of the visit to the area was to attend a family funeral the extra days that we stayed were very relaxing and enjoyable at the hotel. We really enjoyed our 4 night stay here in November. l am disabled this was taken into consideration & we were given a room on the ground floor. We have booked to go back in July next year. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It had a great relaxed atmosphere.
The room was small, however it had everything we needed. The en-suite was surprisingly roomy.
We could open windows, which is something we like to be able to do. In many hotels it's impossible.
The bed was wonderful! We slept more restfully than we had in months.
We we definitely stay at the Carisbrooke again and we will recommend it to friends.

Staff was helpful. The day we were to check in, my dad had a head cold. They let us check in a few hours early so he could sleep. - The very friendly and helpful staff who were prepared to go the extra mile. The proximity to town centre - within walking distance.

läget på hotellet var bra och hotellet var mycket trivsamt - Staff friendliness and professionalism. Leisure facilities complimentary. We were the only ones in there so had pool, sauna and jacuzzi to ourselves. There was no one in the gym either - shame we were only there 1 night. Excellent breakfast. Recommend and would stay there again. Cheaper
