  Bra service, bra frukost - The staff were really friendly. Any questions or quieries we had were ansered and they went out of there way to be helpful. We were the only ones in there so had pool, sauna and jacuzzi to ourselves. There was no one in the gym either - shame we were only there 1 night. Excellent breakfast.   The service from all staff was prompt efficient and friendly. When a problem arose in the allocated room another room was immediately offered. Although the purpose of the visit to the area was to attend a family funeral the extra days that we stayed were very relaxing and enjoyable at the hotel.   Lovely hotel in a great location. The room I had was very nice for the price, the breakfast was good and the parking facilities were good. It was nice to have a leisure club too although the sauna and steam rooms weren't working when I used them. - Clean & Tidy, very freindly & well presented staff.   The Spa was amazing and rooms were very clean and tidy the best hotel I have stayed in Bournemouth. All in all a wonderful weekend, will be going back soon - Accessability to the beach. Use of the facilities - but unfortunately we couldnt get any treatments as they were fully booked

  absoulutley loved the hotel. we came here for our 2 year anniversary it was perfect. the hotel is well presented and modern. we had the balcony and sea view which was fab.definatley coming back. the pool in the other hotel was lovley and warm.were the only 2 people in there also the sauna was fun. would definatley recoment this hotel to anybody the... vad folk säger » young and the old. the breakfast was yummy. there was anything and everything from toast,full english to yoghuts.worth the money. - Excellent location - easy walk to the town centre and the beaches. Myroom had a double bed with a side sea view which I liked very much.   Staff was helpful. The day we were to check in, my dad had a head cold. They let us check in a few hours early so he could sleep. - The very friendly and helpful staff who were prepared to go the extra mile. The proximity to town centre - within walking distance.
