  We found our stay very cosy and homely. All the staff was very friendly. We have taken our grand children to blackpool for the last 4 year for a mimi break and we have finally found the best hotel.   We booked terrys guese house end of september for my birthday, at first by looking at the B&b u wouldn't think much but once we got in side and met terry he was a lovely friendly man! Our room was really nice and we felt very comfortable! If we was to ever go blackpool again would love to stay there, very good price .. :) :) - room for the night

  The staff we're very nice and welcoming, the room was very clean and quite nice, as well. The area, too, was much better than staying closer to the city with easy access via the tram.   Everything! Room was clean, staff were very friendly and made sure we always had everything we needed. Me and my friend Abbie got soaked from the rain at pleasure beach and staff offered to dry out clothes as we had nothing else to wear and were given jumpers from Sophie (a staff member) to borrow until they were dry. Thanks - First impressions whete great nice clean lobby and staff where very helpful letting us store our luggage and carrying it up the stairs for us. Room was excellent. Very clean and beds where super comfy. Towels and tea an coffee where provided along with shower gel and handwas. Only bad thing was the bathroom had a really funny smell sometimes like the drains where blocked. Room was spaceous for 3 girls. Definatly stay again
