  Gentleman that owns hotel was the nicest and most helpful person you could ever hope to meet, my 87 year old mother had a disabled buggy and he charged it up every night,he never took a penny from us for the kids if they wanted a juice from the bar. He was genuine. Also has a nice indoor pool which kids loved. - the owner seb could not do enough ... vad folk säger » for us even though he looked shattered and had hurt his back! He even let us have the room for the day free because we were not leaving until 8.00pm. The swimming pool was brilliant,lovely and warm.

  the swimming pool and jacuzzi were excellent the entertainment at night was first class especially as I had children with me who were entertained as well - This hotel was always great growing up. Best thing about going to blackpool was staying here.
