  The Crown was a very old hotel with great history. Fullers, the current owners, had done a great job of refurbishing this hotel. The lower rooms had kept their character and the bedroom we stayed in (Monte Blanc) was beautifully fitted out, especially the bathroom. There was an excellent range of tea/coffee making products plus bottles of mineral ... vad folk säger » water. The breakfast was excellent, as was the evening meal, although we did feel the menu was a little pricey. The hotel position in Bishop Waltham w - The rooms were lovely. Fantastic four poster bed and bathroom had huge shower and free standing bath. All refurbished to a high standard. It was a 16 th century coaching inn. Floors and walls all wonky! Very atmospheric. I was with my mum and daughter on this occasion and have booked a return trip for me and my partner. Food was good and bar welcoming. Staff also very good and very helpful.

  At the Meon the staf really shone, Holly who was our waitress in the evening was excellent, we felt very special, Tania was equally fantastic who looked after us at breakfast. The reception staff were also helpful and found us dressing gowns without question, well done great service all round. Food was excellent as was the service everywhere. This... vad folk säger » was service at its very very best. - All of the staff were very friendly & welcoming. The food in Zest was very good as was the breakfast. The leisure facilities were very good and well maintained, just a shame the Sauna was out of order. We had a very pleasurable stay and would come back again.
