  We needed somewhere to stay while our daughter was in Basingstoke hospital. This was ideal as we were able to come and go at any time. It also gave us more space to relax than a hotel room, and it felt lilke a home from home, which is what we needed at the time. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Special thanks go to Paul, their staff for his real time, sincere and effective assistance which made me and my family feel very home-like. Groceries, carpark and metro station all within easy reach.   Very spacious apartment equipped with everything you need to cook/towels/tv/internet. Very nice staff, checked me in late at night without any complaint. - Very central, free parking was great! Comfy beds, nice bathrooms, well equipped kitchen.

The room was comfortable, the bathroom/shower whilst not 'state of the art modern' was clean and easy to use, and the tea making facilities and toiletries provided were very good.
