Lovely location with great sea views. Short walk into Southend itself or longer sea front walk to the very pretty Leigh on Sea. Lots of old pubs with great character here and the old famous "cockle sheds" for fresh sea food. Friendly helpful and informative staff. Brilliant buffet breakfast- lots of choice and food good quality and kept piping hot

Room lovely, quite elegant and very comfortable. Big ensuite- well equipped and lovely deep bath. - our room was spacious, clean and very comforable and had a wonderful view. the staff were friendly and helpfull and the breakfast was perfect.

Very Good value for money. Close to the mall which has everything from Costa coffee to M&S. Restaurants close by. Easy to walk with my 4 year old son. Very close to the water and there is a lovely park across the road. Central heating so we were warm all night. We stayed in December. -

The cleanest and neatest place I have ever stayed in! It was lovely! The single room I had was cosy with lovely white covers. The bathroom was modern and spotless. I would recommend this place to everyone. I noticed the other larger rooms were very well appointed. Breakfast was lovely. The whole place was faultless! -

Lovely room nice decor.Clean and very comfortable bed and pillows.Nothing was spared.A nice bath oil and body lotion,plus little items like shower cap,cotton wool and cotton buds for each Guests disposal.The Staff were friendly,helpful and cheerful. Easy to find, cleanliness of the room and hotel overall, the bedroom was very well presented with beautiful furniture and linens and plenty of tea and coffee, the house and gardens well and nicely maintained, excellent breakfast, spacious luxurious room. The staff were very helpful on our arrival with helping us find space to park our large van! :)
