  Lovely location with great sea views. Short walk into Southend itself or longer sea front walk to the very pretty Leigh on Sea. Lots of old pubs with great character here and the old famous "cockle sheds" for fresh sea food. Friendly helpful and informative staff.   Very Good value for money. Close to the mall which has everything from Costa coffee to M&S. Restaurants close by. Easy to walk with my 4 year old son.
