  This is a great Hotel. samall enough to be wecolming but with a real touch of quality about the whole place, I have used it twice now to stay on business trips in and around the Romesy / Southampton area. The Staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms are of an very high specification and the food is good gastropub type fayre. Our room was very comfortable and well-designed. letsbookhotel.com hand not passed on our reservation to the hotel, so they weren't expecting us. However, the Manageress handled the situation exceptionally well and gave us an upgraded room as a result.
