the dining room staff were so friendly and helpful...nothing too much trouble...Diane and Natasha were lovely people and treated us almost as if we were friends! the breakfast choices were superb and we felt well looked after.. despite there being 500 rooms we hardly saw anyone in the dining room, although we went down at 7am each day.. didn't locate the postcode very well. Rang hotel and received
excellent directions by the very helpful young man on the phone.
Breakfast was very nice, fantastic selection of food and very nice
waitresses. Brilliant location for central Sheffield. Will use again.

This must be the flagship hotel in the Premier Inn chain...I Understand
it has been open for around four years yet it looked as thought it had
opened yesterday. The staff were all amazingly helpfull, nothing was too
much trouble for them. I almost always stay in Premier Inns however the
quality does vary considerably and I always leave feedback in

Amazing staff, both on reception and in the restaurant. They were lovely and very helpful. I couldn't stay for breakfast and one particularly lovely man in the restaurant insisted on making me a bacon sandwich to take to the station with me. Wrapped in tinfoil, even had the bread lightly toasted to keep it firm, so thoughtful. He also put a few little muffins in the paper bag in case I wanted something sweet. We stayed two nights for a family funeral and hills a buffet reception for family and friends. The food was good. We dined in the hotel restaurant both nights and were very impressed. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is modern and very spacious. It made it a little easier to cope with such a sad occasion.

The staff were very friendly and nothing was to much trouble for them. Everything was perfect. The staff were friendly, helpful, smiley!!! and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel although situated on a roundabout, you wouldn't have known it, was in a perfect location for seeing all the beautiful places around the area. Matlock, Bakewell, Buxton, Snake Pass all just a few minutes drive away. Beds were amazing probably the best nights sleep in a hotel I've ever had. Restaurant was brilliant, food really good, and again the staff were fabulous.

Walked into reception to a warm and friendly greeting. Advice about the hotel and the Beefeater restaurant on the site given. Booked us a table for an evening meal and breakfast following morning. Our room was clean and had everything we required.

Staff were exceptionally helpful. Travelling with our 2 yr old twins, staff put my mind at ease over phone that they would sort the room for us. We arrived at 11pm, receptionist came out to greet us in car park, offering to take bags so we could get children in the warm ASAP. Staff in restaurant so friendly and welcoming to children. Maintenance man v friendly and chatty when we met in corridor.. Cannot praise everyone we came into contact with enough. Brilliant staff, a credit to premier inn.
