Excellent location - near to The Motorpoint Centre & Meadowhall Shopping Centre. On arrival the hotel's computer system was down but staff remained professional, helpful and very welcoming. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good location. We had three rooms, one
with disabled access for my parents, one family room for my brother, his
wife and two youg children plus a third for my husband and I. All rooms
had been allocated close together on ground floor. Noted how quiet it
was despite busy road and tram outside. Good parking. Restaurant very
good with plenty of choice and meal deals available including breakfast.

Comfortable, well presented, good food, pleasant and helpful staff, very convenient location. Were able to drop our bags off early which was very useful. - Very comfortable rooms, well decorated. Excellent location of hotel for arena, shopping centre etc.

Bedroom and bathroom were both very clean and to a high standard.Room facilities of tea/coffe, kettle, hair dryer and TV were great.Breakfast had an excellent choice of items.
