There was a problem with the heater in my room but within a few minute of me having reported it to reception a portable heater was provided.The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The staff were absolutely great - so friendly, helpful and welcoming. We stayed due to my partners birthday and were quite hungover when we arrived so went straight off to the pool which was lovely - really relaxing. The food was also lovely - we had breakfast included in the room and we felt that there was a great choice of the menu. - We firstly

We stayed two nights for a family funeral and hills a buffet reception for family and friends. The food was good. We dined in the hotel restaurant both nights and were very impressed. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is modern and very spacious. It made it a little easier to cope with such a sad occasion.

We thought the hotel was very clean and the staff were helpful and friendly.
