  It is the best hotel ive got ever through letsbookhotel.com, location view, cleanliness, staff...every thing. For Family it is your best choice, spaces are more than enough, security is very high, you can leave your kids in the suite playing or watching tv without any risk, below the building there are sets of restaurants, cafes and supermarket. There was a free shuttle 3 times daily to Taksim Square and Sultanahmet, the driver was polite and very careful with the passengers' safety. The room was clean, had all facilities, we have really felt like home. The breakfast was rich. Nearby there is a supermarket and a few restaurants/cafes. It is close to highway. There was parking underground and outside in front of the hotel. The internet connection was good.

  Communications with site management throughout the booking process were crisp and complete and when we arrived in Istanbul, the management team text'ed after our landing asking if we needed anything and that they would expect us shortly, giving us their cell number in case we had any questions. Running all the day to visit the city , for tourism or business, the return to the apartment (more space, balcony, lovely view of Istanbul) give a great time to end the day.   The reception personel was so helpful. They gave a lot of info about Bursa, the touristic places, public transportation, ex. The rooms were spacious and clean. The Turkish Bath was great, also they have a Family Room for couples who want to use Turkish Bath together. The breakfast was OK. The Turkish tea was always fresh and tasty. There is a mini... vad folk säger » bus right out of the hotel , which is called Dolmush, and this takes you directly to the center of city. It cost 1 USD and takes only 10 mins to reach - Value for money, location a bit far from city centre but very calm mostly at night. Near the local restaurant, supermarket, and the best part is close to the fruit and vegetable market. Thermal bath available in the hotel also one good additional attraction. We love their couple room for Turkish bath :)
