  It is the best hotel ive got ever through letsbookhotel.com, location view, cleanliness, staff...every thing. For Family it is your best choice, spaces are more than enough, security is very high, you can leave your kids in the suite playing or watching tv without any risk, below the building there are sets of restaurants, cafes and supermarket. There was a free shuttle 3 times daily to Taksim Square and Sultanahmet, the driver was polite and very careful with the passengers' safety. The room was clean, had all facilities, we have really felt like home. The breakfast was rich. Nearby there is a supermarket and a few restaurants/cafes. It is close to highway. There was parking underground and outside in front of the hotel. The internet connection was good.

  The suite is a small apartment with a small kitchen opened on the living room. Much better than a classic hotel room if you intend to spend time in your room. Location is right on Taksim place, in front of Gezi park and Divan hotel. Anything I request was replied immediately. The location is very central. The suite view is superb. My family loved it.

  We booked a 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment was very clean and very new with nice finishing and was cleaned everyday. The staff were very friendly and helped us in booking restaurants/clubs and speak good English. The location is great, in one of the best parts of istanbul full of nice cafes and away from the busy touristy areas. Definitely rec... vad folk säger » ommend this to others to stay in. - The Location of the hotel was excellent for those who would like shopping and dining. luxury shops and dining places were so near couple of minutes walking. The reception staff were friendly and kind especially Ali he helped us allot. the apartment was spacious and comfortable and warm. We Would definitely come stay there again

  I spend my honey moon at moss suites .I like the hotel location ,It is 2 minutes far from taksim square the markets and cinemas .the staff was very much cooperative Dorsun and abdulatif and the lady whi speaks Arabic I forget her name but she helped a lot and advise me very much how to go and where to go . I recommend this hotel for every one . thaaaanks - Location -the residence is very nice, new and clean-, position is very nice -Taksim square but in a quiet street-, courtesy of all the staff, room big and confortable enough , breakfast (even if it's better a change through the days).. A special thank to the redhair girl at the desk for the courtesy.

  Communications with site management throughout the booking process were crisp and complete and when we arrived in Istanbul, the management team text'ed after our landing asking if we needed anything and that they would expect us shortly, giving us their cell number in case we had any questions. Arriving at the residence we were met at the taxi sta... vad folk säger » nd by the property manager who walked us past the bottom floors' restaurants, cafes, cleaners, as well as a full on grocery store (CarreFoure) and as - after using the room hotel during my holiday trips, I believe that using an apartment will add more relax, comfort . Running all the day to visit the city , for tourism or business, the return to the apartment (more space, balcony, lovely view of Istanbul) give a great time to end the day.   Was a Decent place to stay with large bedroom . Location is excellent and 10 min walking distance from blue mosque grand bazaar Hague Sophia . Breakfast was same all 5 days but then basics were provided . Don't expect much . . However the owner have us a warm welcome . And the reception staff was courteous. Good heated room, super friendly staff (more friendly than in 5 stars hotels!!!!. 3-4 min to shopping area and 4-5 min to good small buffets and stores. Excellent !!!
