  From the first moment till the last second, they make you feel you are the only person in the hotel. Hospitality is awesome and also the facilities. - Rooms are beyond excellent. Extremely spacious and clean. Staff are friendly and professional.

  The history: Agatha Christie wrote her [Murder on the Orient Express] at this hotel. There is a small exhibition area on the fourth floor about this and other historic moments. The elevator from 1895 can still run (though not always in use). They sell postcards and other souvenirs about the hotel at the front desk. Really a piece of history! The Breakfast - A classic hotel, which I've used twice before, in 1995 & 2005, before its recent refurbishment. It's now three times the price, but the grandeur is no longer faded, it's now a true 5-star place. And I'm delighted to say that the refurb hasn't spoilt its character at all, as this is a hotel with more character and history than most! Staff were great, we got a room upgrade, and an extra hour extended checkout wasn't a problem. If we return to Istanbul, it'll be the Pera Palas for us!

  Everything about that hotel is great. If I were to rate it, it must be a 7 stars hotel, one of the best around the world. The staff speak excellent English and are very friendly and proffessional. The room division manager is very helpful if you have a complaint and is excellent in customer service. The rooms are very clean and brand new. Walking areas nearby and closeness to newly opened Marmaray Metro station to go to the European side under the Bosporus are additional positive factors about the Hotel.

  I think it is a new hotel designed so modern and chic. My arrive to hotel was so easy since it is located approximately 5 minutes from Ataturk airport. The building was so majestically designed.   It was really enjoyable stay at Movenpick Istanbul, so comfortable, so quite, service and staff is really 5 stars.... Restaurant, wellness center, men and women beauty salon, internet is good. Before leaving the hotel , I was planned to have a taxi pick up at 4:45 in the morning . at 3:30 am ,safe box in my room failed to open with all my valuables inside (passport , air ticket , money..) I picked up the phone and asked for help , a few minutes later a smily guest service personell came over and open it for me . I expected to have some delay

  Very good hotel. Well it's a bit far from Ataturk Airport, however if you have your business around Atasehir or Asian side in general, I believe it's very well located. It's situated next to O2 highway thus u can easily connect to main road and reach your destination. Spa is not extravagant but extremely effective and clean.
