Dinning choices were excellent, a numbers of restaurants to choose from of different cuisines. The pool was spectacular, I stayed in a pool accress room There a are 3km of of swimming canals to swim through. Beach was lovely and the grounds and gardens were immaculate -

We stayed at Cousin Resort initially for 2 nights, but then, having found the Krabi area a bit disappointing, drove over 120km back just to spend one more night there, before setting off for Phuket.

Where do I start with this hotel... Absolutely divine!
Beautiful hotel, beautiful grounds, beautiful food in restaurants, option of bars. In the middle of khoa lak centre.
I absolutely loved it here. Fantastic place of you want to take children, there's a separate pool that can be used and an adult 'peace' pool that could not be used by children

Stayed here for 3 nights and wished that we'd stayed longer! Most definitely a 5* resort and highly, highly recommended.

I was there for my sisters wedding & the resort was amazing! Great
food/service, staff amazing, fabulous views, swim up bar great &
pool for kids so great for your family. My son loved it there too! We
stayed at the pool villas which I recommend highly if you have kids. I
would definitely come back & am planning to stay at The Sands again.

We loved everything about this hotel! The staff were exceptional -
especially Issa in the restaurant and the reception team (my kids fell
in love with the team who were so kind and friendly). Hotel was lovely -
small and intimate - rooms were great and the gardens really well

The staff is friendly and helpful,but only few can speak enflish at descent level. The rooms are spacious and looks nice. Cleaning done at daily basis. Wifi all over the hotel can handle streaming videos. Pools working 7/24. If you wanna have some un time there better rent a car or scooter at rhe beginning of your stay, cause in the vicinity there is only 3 hotels and like 10 shops and couple of bars, cafes. Fint hotell med fantastisk personal som alltid gjorde sitt bästa för att gästerna ska trivas. Härlig pool och en jättefin strand. Vi ville gärna prova på olika ställen att bada på och var inte beroende att bada vid just hotellet. Gick man bara 500 m åt vardera håll hittar man badvänlig strand även vid högvatten. -

... vad folk säger » ga av att vågorna slagit sönder muren vid stranden så blev vi istället erbjudna rum på Fanari Courtyard. Vi fick ett rum med poolutgång vilket barnen älskade. Lite litet rum för fyra personer men otroligt trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Nära läge till havet men även till shopping och restauranger. Vi var där sommartid vilket vi absolut kan rekommendera. Ta även en taxi till White sand Beach. Vi är verkligen supernöjda med hotellet.

This is a really excellent resort. The staff are customer focused and
the bungalows are great value for money. Big breakfast, every morning.
Your choice of Thai and farang breakfast. You will need to rent a small
motor bike to get around, but that’s all part of the fun. One previous
poster said that there were too many 'pensioner' around the area

of Phuket, I went to Khao Lak for some peace and quiet and wasn’t
disappointed. -
Love the peace and tranquillity of this place. Second visit here and would come back again and again. Located in the quieter area of Bang Niang and only a short walk through emerald plaza to the shops and restaurants, taxi journey to the busier area of Nang Thong. Staff are very friendly and helpful with any enquiries. Breakfast was truly a feast and was an absolute joy. Wifi is also provide free of charge.
