I had a fantastic time at Rich Lanna House. The staff are so friendly and helpful, they were always ready to answer my questions and give me advice. We came to Chiang Mai a few days early and booked this hotel by chance. We planned to go to the hotel we prebooked after the days we would spend at the Rich Lanna, but cancelled the prebooked hotel and continue to stay here. It made our visit to Chiang Mai perfect!

I was travelling alone,i slipped from stairs and feel and injured my ankle , hotel staff helped me a lot , one of the guys picked me up took me to the hospital, and waited with me the whole time, then assisted me back to the hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The young man on reception was exceptionally so.
The room was spacious with a very large comfortable bed, and the large bathroom was always well stocked with shampoo, body wash, and even sanitary disposal bags (first time I've seen that!).

We stayed at this hotel for 8 nights on a trip to Chiang Mai. The hotel was simply wonderful. The room was of a good size, exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated. The pool was perfect for a morning swim or after a long day exploring the city. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was set and so did get a little samey after 8 days but it was always fresh and tasty. Overall, a superb hotel and would definitely visit again in the future. Top marks!

The room and decoration are very good. The location is quite out of the downtown Chiang Mai but mid of Wiang Kum Kam. It gives the different feeling and experience. Staff were fantastic. One night I was struggling to sleep as the family nextdoor were extremely noisy (babies crying, TV very loud, doors slamming etc). The hotel staff were incredibly sympathetic and even offered to move me to another floor. I was impressed by how well they managed this.

Everything was great. It is a family run business and the service you receive is excellent to say the least. Was upgraded to a better room without any extra charge and stayed there for 7 nights.
It is slightly outside the city by the river but to me that was an advantage. The hotel provides free shuttle service to the main own twice a day and I can assure you that distance is not a problem. The Hotel was very nice and the staff very friendly and helpfull! The location was perfect to visit Chang Mai easly, close to the Night Bazar but very quiet at the same time. We really had a good time there!
