  Beautiful hotel with lots of character! Staff and owner are incredibly friendly. Chiang Mai and our stay here was the highlight of our trip to Thailand. Loved our room and the common space/pool was fun to hang out in. They play great music throughout the day in the common areas. Just a beautifully designed boutique hotel. Oh and it was walking distance to the old city and there are lots of great restaurants/cafes right out the door. - Very cosy and little pool was very good for the kids. The orner was kindly. Near the hotel(soi13), there was very good restrent! We went to there last day after the mountain area.

  Well located within easy walk of Restaurants, bars & markets. Close to airport; taxi only 120 Baht. Good Tour information, nice Coffee lounge with helpful staff. The pool was small incorporating a toddlers pool. It was always clean, although the pool furniture & feature wall require urgent attention. Good daily service, pool towels available & a comfor - large bottles of water each day. nice big pool. four lounge chairs around pool (please put cushions on chairs). lots of towels for pool. staff very friendly and knowledgeable and very accommadating. lots of transportaion right out the door. restaurants close by easy walk to night market. many tiour operators in area. rooms large and clean not crowded easy to walk anywhere or rents bikes cars motor bkies from here very positive experience and stay

  I had a fantastic time at Rich Lanna House. The staff are so friendly and helpful, they were always ready to answer my questions and give me advice. The free bicycles are great, I used one every day to go to wandering around Chiang Mai and to the Night Bazaar. Breakfast was great. The room was really comfortable. We came to Chiang Mai a few days early and booked this hotel by chance. We planned to go to the hotel we prebooked after the days we would spend at the Rich Lanna, but cancelled the prebooked hotel and continue to stay here. It made our visit to Chiang Mai perfect!

  The hotel is small and boutique but has everything you need. the pool is smaller than other hotels but its fine for cooling off and a quick swim. There are not too many rooms in the hotel so there are never many people at the pool and there are always chairs and loungers available. the hotel itself is very quiet and the surroundings are quiet. the... vad folk säger » rooms are perfect, roomy, air conditioned, most have a balcony onto the pool. The rooms and toilets are done in an old style, I think it must be an o - Definitly loved it! The hotel it self has a vintage charm. Staffs were probably one the nicest we've never met. My mom had a little accident so they arranged us to the hospital, and they didnt even take the tip. We really appreciate the help! WIll definitly come back!!

  The staff were very friendly and helpful. The young man on reception was exceptionally so. The room was spacious with a very large comfortable bed, and the large bathroom was always well stocked with shampoo, body wash, and even sanitary disposal bags (first time I've seen that!). If I ever go back to Chiang Mai, I will be staying at Chiang M - We stayed at this hotel for 8 nights on a trip to Chiang Mai. The hotel was simply wonderful. The room was of a good size, exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated. The pool was perfect for a morning swim or after a long day exploring the city. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was set and so did get a little samey after 8 days but it was always fresh and tasty. Overall, a superb hotel and would definitely visit again in the future. Top marks!
