The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the manager, who was very flexible with letting us check in a day earlier at the same rate. They even put us in a deluxe room instead of the standard one that we booked, because we were too early and the maid hadn't finished cleaning the standard room. -

The hotel is small and boutique but has everything you need. the pool is smaller than other hotels but its fine for cooling off and a quick swim. There are not too many rooms in the hotel so there are never many people at the pool and there are always chairs and loungers available.

Definitly loved it! The hotel it self has a vintage charm. Staffs were probably one the nicest we've never met. My mom had a little accident so they arranged us to the hospital, and they didnt even take the tip. We really appreciate the help! WIll definitly come back!!

Beaufiful hotel, lovely staff easy to walk to many tourist sites.loved their breakfasts, sitting intheir courtyard and having little birds twittering around you in the trees. I was a little concerned driving up the narrow street off the main road... However, as soon as I walked in the entrance my dears disappeared and I was amazed by the natural scenic layout of Ayatana. The main advantage - silent and a lack of noisy companies. A room had all necessary facilities and cleaning was every day. The design of the hotel is as good as in the site description. It's necessary to notice receptionists who have learnt English at last and helped us with all questions.

We stayed at the Twenty Lodge for 5 nights. It is such a quaint little place with loads of little pretty details, which we loved. The manager of the Lodge, his name is Nont I believe, is very lovely. Hotel staff were very friendly, always smiling and always ready to help, location was good, very quite, and a nice walk to the city's life and food. Breakfast was the same daily but was still very nice and again staff always pleased to help. Swimming pool was perfect for cooling off after a long hot day, but was very strong with chlorine. Rooms were large very clean and fresh bottled water daily.

We loved everything. The hotel is comfortable, clean, and charming. The
owners were hospitable and kind. The ambiance is tranquil and relaxed,
and although simple the hotel has everything one could want. The
location is great, about 15 minutes walk to the night market. The price
is excellent. Recommended for families, couples, backpackers.

The owners are incredibly kind, friendly and helpful people. The room
was clean and comfortable and the pictures don't do the residence
justice -- the owners take great pride in keeping up the grounds. In
reality, I'm spoiled after staying at tr Residence, they set a very
high standard.
They are located about 10 minutes (walking) outside of the old city and always felt safe walking home and in the neighborhood (woman traveling alone).

Very friendly and helpful staff. We got a lot of good recomendation. Location is great, close to local attraction and sunday market. We liked a garden around swimming pool (which is a little bit cold) and territory. Hi-speed wifi is good :) -
