Had an amazing time here. Staff were super friendly, facilities were excellent! Our rooms were great and had a beautiful outlook down onto the pool. Very close to shops and a 5 minute ride into the city/entertainment precinct. Cannot recommended an more highly, simply a great place to stay in Chang Mai!

This is a budget hotel across the street from the largest shopping mall in Chiang Mai. It is also very close to the airport, which is why we chose it. Bathroom very clean with everything working. The breakfast we had was very nice. They have a nearby massage spa that is very convenient and affordable. The mall is literally just across the road. The place is really near to the airport making it a perfect place to stay for backpackers.

We took the one-bedroom apartment. The room was spacious and comfortable, the kitchenette-cum-living room was also spacious and facilities good - fridge, microwave and kettle plus stove. Would have preferred additional utensils though but above all, a wonderful hotel -

We've stayed at a few places in chiang mai over the years but this was definitely one of the better experiences. Plern is an intimate garden oasis just a stones throw from the old city with kind and helpful staff... full of good advice on what to see and how to go about seeing it. Our room was, freshly painted, newly furnished and spotlessly clean! I'd be happy to recommend Plern to fellow travellers.

The hotel is 5 minutes driving distance from the center. motorcycle can be rented at the hotel up to 250B. Seven/ Eleven in walking distance. Rooms are very spacious, comfortable and lovley designet. Very pleasant is the jacuzzi in the room. Rooms are very clean. Staff friendly, helpful and courteous. Very good service.

Baanlek Home stay is only 3-4 mins walking distance from the City centre Chiangmai Gate, which is a quiet place to get rest, and also a very convenient spot to explore the city from.
2/Hospitality--
Mr. Baanlek and his stuff are all very friendly and willing to help. It was very thoughtful of him to turn on the AC before i came back. One of his staff offer to give me a ride when i was leaving. During my two-day stay, it has been like Mr. Baanlek and i are old time friends.

Very nice hotel. We loved it. The staff were excellent, the rooms had enough space and were so clean, the beds comfy, and the breakfast more than enough.
Located in a beautiful and quiet alley but hard to find for the drivers (and for us upon arrival). We always asked them to drop us off on the main street which was only 2-3 minutes walk. -

The hotel is small and boutique but has everything you need. the pool is smaller than other hotels but its fine for cooling off and a quick swim. There are not too many rooms in the hotel so there are never many people at the pool and there are always chairs and loungers available.

Definitly loved it! The hotel it self has a vintage charm. Staffs were probably one the nicest we've never met. My mom had a little accident so they arranged us to the hospital, and they didnt even take the tip. We really appreciate the help! WIll definitly come back!!
