Absolutely lovely. A serene place to stay and escape. Staff warm and friendly. Breakfasts were wonderful. Almost to much, husband and split breakfast main. Great shopping across street. Wonderfully designed cotton/ natural clothes. Close to shopping markets and street without being "in". Design of hotel , lovely. Pool. Great. Bathroom , love

I really like the design of the hotel. Althought it;s in old city, but it uses buildings to circle an area and create a private/quiet space in the noisy city. Also, the location can not be better, it;s just in the center of the Sunday walking street, you just need to step out of the entance.

Everything was excellent. Horizon Club was well worth the little extra as you get so much more for your money . Staff were so friendly. Even the British GM took the time to have a chat with us on a couple of occasions. Minor quirks were attended to instantly. The great care that the staff extended to my husband and myself. Nothing was too much trouble for them. As we were elderly it was sometimes a little difficult for us but all the staff were unfailingly kind and did not make us feel that we were nuisances. My highest praise for all of them.

Great warm welcome from all the team at Ping Nakara. Peaceful, very relaxing, an excellent breakfast. Well appointed rooms, very knowledgeable team who are always willing to assist.
