  The Suite is with an excellent Matterhorn view. The staff is very friendly. A hotel employee met us at the station and drove us to the hotel. Impeccable cleanliness is maintained in the hotel - rooms are cleaned and towels are changed daily, linen is changed twice a week. The breakfast is very diverse and plentiful. Both the room and toilet is very clean and decorated very nicely. Wifi is offered for guest for free. The location is near both Gornegrat and Sunnega, and is very convenient.

  Excellent hotel from A-Z. As a frequent traveler i don't get overexcited easily, but this hotel really deserves the max points. If you have the chance, take the suite having two balconies with direct view of the Matterhorn - awesome and worth every single buck.   We brought our 10 month old twins, so travelling is always an ordeal. The staff was wonderful, and the room was traditional Swiss (which I loved!). Even though the hotel policies stated that there was a maximum of one babycot per room, there were two lovely wooden cribs set up for us when we arrived.   It was an exceptionally nice stay at the hotel. Pierre, one of the owners himself received us at the station and dropped us back. The personal touch of the members of the owners' family makes a huge difference. (including great grandma).They really go out of the way to make guests feel comfortable. As the first room we checked into did not have a view of the Matterhorn, with Raymond and Gerald's assistance, our room was changed for the second evening of our stay, which had an incredible view of the Matterhorn!
