  Vänligt och personligt bemötande - The hotel was very clean and comfortable. I stayed for a business trip and found the staff very helpful and accomodating - loaned me an umbrella, etc. Continental breakfast was also very nice, with fresh croissants and a good selection.   I stayed here because the other hotels were outrageously expensive during the week in Geneva and there were 2 UN conferences so much was booked out. It turned out to be fine. I booked a double room, as that was all that was available, and thus had actually a corner room with 3 windows and plenty of space. The hotel is plain and functional. The location near the train station is excellent so easy - The location is very central. Close to the lake, so with just a few steps, you can have a fantastic view of the lake. Price is a value for money (considering how Switzerland is very expensive) because the room is very comfortable to stay in. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Do ask them for a city bus pass cause that helped us a lot!

  Bra frukost och centralt beläget. - Perfect stay. As a chain-hotel, it is exactly what I was looking for -- clean and comfortable, no surprises unlike other "charming" hotels. The rooms are new and well maintained, new beddings + extra pillows, soundproof, hot showers with strong water pressure, free wifi in the rooms, individual temperature (hea... vad folk säger » ting/AC) control. (I didnt have any of the problems regarding heating and internet that other reviews complained about). Location is right on the edge of the old town, in 1-2 minutes you - Staff went out of their way to make you feel welcome.They were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. Hotel was very central and good value for money compared with other hotels in the city centre. The level of cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent. Breakfast was fantastic with a really good choice of food to eat. Don't be put off by the 2 star rating its as good if not better than many hotels we've stayed in with a higher star rating.

  Friendly helpful and efficient staff. Arrived early but they arranged early check in. It is an airport hotel but the staff all worked hard to make sure that the stay was made as pleasant as possible. Good regular bus service to the airport.   An easy 25 minute walk from the main railway station, or you can catch tram 12 which goes just near the hotel. We walked the distance both ways with our luggage and found it pleasant walk, but this I guess does depend on the amount of luggage... Catch the small lift to sixth floor and turn left a - Very good location in Old Town but rounded by trams that take you to every place in the city, also to the frontier with France. Further, you cross the Mount Blanc Pont and there is the Train Station (Cornavin) from where you depart to the airport (next station) and to many places in Switzerland and other countries. This is my second time in this hotel and would go back again in case I return to Geneva.

  The hotel is super clean, nicely situated, and quite comfortable. We were a couple traveling with another friend, and we had two quiet rooms on the second floor.   It's an Ibis, so you can usually guarantee that you'll be reasonably comfortable. The staff were friendly and efficient, the room was very clean and comfortable, and a good size.   I would say the best memory of the hotel is the manager- Floriant. He is a very nice and helpful person, ready to assist in questions that arise during the stay in Lausanne/Renens.
