  I stayed here because the other hotels were outrageously expensive during the week in Geneva and there were 2 UN conferences so much was booked out. It turned out to be fine. I booked a double room, as that was all that was available, and thus had actually a corner room with 3 windows and plenty of space. The hotel is plain and functional. The location near the train station is excellent so easy - The location is very central. Close to the lake, so with just a few steps, you can have a fantastic view of the lake. Price is a value for money (considering how Switzerland is very expensive) because the room is very comfortable to stay in. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Do ask them for a city bus pass cause that helped us a lot!

  Confort classique et sans surprise des hôtels Ibis. La chambre était assez grande et confortable ; la salle-de-bains petite mais fonctionnelle. Le petit déjeuner très agréable avec des spécialités suisses. Personnel sympathique. Ordinateur avec accès Internet gratuit dans le hall et wifi gratuit sur demande. La localisation de l'hôtel est vraiment idéale pour visiter la ville. - L'hôtel est tout près de la gare et de la vieille ville. Accès facile par autobus à partir de la gare. L'arrêt est en face de l'hôtel. Le personnel est très accueillant et surtout serviable. Un élément de notre chambre ne nous plaisait pas du tout et on a tout fait, en moins de deux minutes, pour régler le problème. Le déjeuner à 15 francs suisses était excellent. Je vais retourner à cet hôtel lors de mon prochain séjour à Lausanne.

It is an airport hotel but the staff all worked hard to make sure that the stay was made as pleasant as possible. Good regular bus service to the airport. Further, you cross the Mount Blanc Pont and there is the Train Station (Cornavin) from where you depart to the airport (next station) and to many places in Switzerland and other countries. This is my second time in this hotel and would go back again in case I return to Geneva.
