  I feel quite fortunate to have stumbled upon this little gem of a hotel situated in the alpine village of Wengen. The staff are all excellent, friendly and helpful and really made our stay even better. I like the fact that Hotel Caprice is not a large hotel because the service feels much more personal. We appreciated the privacy and quietness of the surroundings - The staff is exemplary and the views are stunning. Annamarie and Justin are engaging and accommodating hosts while Carlos looks after every detail in the dining room. The hotel offers very easy access to the Kleine Scheidegg and the Jungfraujoch and has the most incredible views of the Jungfrau and the waterfalls along the Lauterbrunnen Valley walls. Very highly recommended.

  The view of the mountains from the balcony was fabulous, wonderful, words can't describe. The buffet breakfast was fantastic. Loved the small kitchenette in the room and the indoor pool. Loved the indoor garage for our car, a great advantage when unloading and loading. Liked the kids play room, a great service to offer. We stayed in the AlpenRose Haus and our veiw of the lakes and mountains were stunning. The hotel is the most kid friendly we have stayed at in our 5 years of living in Europe. We had a toddler bed set up on arrival and a kiddie bath kit with toys and a duck body cloth. And the price was amazing. Thank you.
