  I feel quite fortunate to have stumbled upon this little gem of a hotel situated in the alpine village of Wengen. The staff are all excellent, friendly and helpful and really made our stay even better. I like the fact that Hotel Caprice is not a large hotel because the service feels much more personal. You get to know the people working hard to m... vad folk säger » ake your stay so enjoyable. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with outstanding views. We appreciated the privacy and quietness of the surroundings - The staff is exemplary and the views are stunning. Annamarie and Justin are engaging and accommodating hosts while Carlos looks after every detail in the dining room. The hotel offers very easy access to the Kleine Scheidegg and the Jungfraujoch and has the most incredible views of the Jungfrau and the waterfalls along the Lauterbrunnen Valley walls. Very highly recommended.

  Staff were so courteous, helpful and friendly. We were upgraded to a gorgeous double room with incredible breathtaking 180 degree mountain views as it was our anniversary - complimentary tiramisu on arrival and scrummy Lindt heart-shaped chocolates on our pillows every night. Facilities were amazing, indoor and outdoor pools with a jacuzzi, sauna a... vad folk säger » reas, steam room, massage rooms, relaxation room.. - A very high quality, and comfortable hotel. Rooms were very comfortable, well designed and well decorated, and with balconies (in our case looking onto a beautiful view). Large TV and very comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly, helpful and courteous. There was an excellent sauna and pool area and best of all was the outdoor heated pool with a wonderful view of the mountains opposite!
