  We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Michael was fantastic ever willing to help in planning our day trips. Always with a cheerful smile. This is a family run hotel and I must say that it is the best hotel within the star rating that it has. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend anyone travelling to Switzerland looking for good accomodation, loca... vad folk säger » tion and staff life Michael not to miss this one. - The staff at the hotel are lovely and are helpful with directions and ideas of what to do in the area. They were able to tell us down to the bus times what we should see which was excellent as we only had two nights there. The hotel is also in a great location for easy transport to Interlaken West and Ost train stations and many restaurants. The room was also a nice size - not too cramped.

  Very nice hotel, and a nice room. The food is delicious with local products, the staff very very nice and friendly. We had a beautiful room with a very nice view on the lake. Parking in front of the hotel. The hotel is newly refreshed, very nicely done.   Excellent hotel. It was just remodeled and in perfect condition. The owners were outstanding and very helpful with sites to see in the area. - The friendly and helpful staff who made us very welcome, and the excellent service and accommodation we enjoyed there.

  Mycket bra service. Jättefina rum. - I could many kinds of food at breakfast. (Croissan was delicious.) Staffwas nice and he location was good. - The staff were very friendly. The room was lovely and a lovely view from our window.

  Amazing outside whirpool, nice staff, excellent food. On arrival reception offered to pay for upgrade to better room with Jungfrau view for 80 CHF/day, we agreed, then offered to upgrade to Junior suite for 200 CHF, we refused. Then they upgareded us to Junior suite free of charge. It was pleasant. - Very nice hotel.
