  I particularly liked the fact that there was a Nespresso coffee machine in my room which made excellent coffee. Being an early riser it was a pleasure to be able to have real coffee first thing in the morning. Also fantastic location. - the hotel is very comfortable in a central location wlth all the facilities needed.

  The welcome was perfect, we arrived by car and parked as close to the hotel as possible - after checking in at reception I was escorted to the underground parking garage and took my car down in a lift to the secure parking area. We stayed in a good sized executive room which had free WiFi and had been recently refurbished, and there was a massive ... vad folk säger » king sized bed that was very comfortable and a fridge and a nice flat screen tv with lots of channels. We asked for extra pillows and got them immedia - The rooms in the Alexander had been done to a very good standard for a small hotel. The breakfast room was small but very clean, the food was lovely with lots of selection and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent for a the major sites of the city and was right in the heart of a lively area with numerous bars and restaurants to choose from. It was also only a ten minute walk from the station and transportation links. Overall i would definitely recommend this hote

  Läget var utmärkt - fem minuter från Bahnhofstrasse. Vi hade tur och fick ett mycket rymligt rum i annexet. Bra service när vi anlände tidigt och fick lagra väskor etc innan vi gick ut på stan. Nyrenoverat. fanns ett fräsch stryk rum som kom väl till pass när vi skulle pressa smokingen. Går att få lyxigare hotell för samma... vad folk säger » pris i Zurich knappast med samma centrala läge. - Rena, stilrena rum, hjälpsam och informativ personal. Bra läge i förhållande till tågstationen och centrum av staden. Bra extra service i form av att hotellet kan ordna buss till flygplatsen för rimligt pris.

  Excellent facilities, good clean rooms, friendly staff who spoke English (sadly I do not speak german) and a good location for getting into the centre of Zurich and the Bahnhof (tram outside the door - tickets available from reception).   Jag tycker att följande punkter värderar hotellet: läget, renlighet, modernt uppgraderat, trevlig personal - As we were a large party over for the ironman competition, I couldnt have asked for a better reception.
