  Central läge, trafikförbindelsena, kundservice, frukost - Vänlig personal, bra service, utmärkt läge, prova gärna Cafe Gourmet i anslutning till hotellet. Mitt stamställe i Zurich. Har bara fyra stjärnor, borde haft en femte.

  Lovely hotel, perfect location but the staff was a standout. All of them were genuine and helpful. In particular the concierge, Ishaq Gardizy, was amazing. I found myself with the opportunity to travel to Geneva for CERN open days and was in an unplanned rush of sorts. He was excellent at helping me get where I needed to be when I needed to be. On... vad folk säger » my way out I was sleepy and left my music player. Within days of arriving back in NYC he'd sent it. This is customer service. I will be back. - The room I booked, though expensive, has the value. The overall feeling of interior, river & city view are excellent. Hotel location is also good. The machine that provides fresh orange juicy for breakfast is outstanding. The adjustable bed is considerate. In-room Wi-fi is now available & free ( it was not ).

  bra läge väldigt trävlig pub ikällaren - Everything! It is a fab little hotel, I would highly reccommend it. Especially the junior suite. It is perfect for romantic breaks! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. It is spotlessly clean.   The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The room was newly redone and was comfortable and had all of the conveniences one would want. The restaurants are very nice and have great food. I have stayed at this hotel periodically during the last 20 years and really like it. - the friendliness of staff, i was provided with everything i asked for

  The welcome was perfect, we arrived by car and parked as close to the hotel as possible - after checking in at reception I was escorted to the underground parking garage and took my car down in a lift to the secure parking area. We stayed in a good sized executive room which had free WiFi and had been recently refurbished, and there was a massive ... vad folk säger » king sized bed that was very comfortable and a fridge and a nice flat screen tv with lots of channels. We asked for extra pillows and got them immedia - The rooms in the Alexander had been done to a very good standard for a small hotel. The breakfast room was small but very clean, the food was lovely with lots of selection and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent for a the major sites of the city and was right in the heart of a lively area with numerous bars and restaurants to choose from. It was also only a ten minute walk from the station and transportation links. Overall i would definitely recommend this hote

  Excellent facilities, good clean rooms, friendly staff who spoke English (sadly I do not speak german) and a good location for getting into the centre of Zurich and the Bahnhof (tram outside the door - tickets available from reception).   Ambience, cleaniness, friendliness of staff - Its location was excellent and although garage parking was available at a cost the staff assisted by moving our car into free street parking and we had no hassles at all.
