  Trevlig och service minded personal. Centralt belägget - I really liked this hotel for its excellent location, comfortable room and relaxed atmosphere. I was glad that it had airconditioning. - Excellent service, friendly staff willing to meet demands of a family with a small child and particualr eating preferences

  The rooms were spacious and quiet. The hotel restaurant was excellent with the best vegetarian menu I have seen. - very friendly staff, location was excellent, excellent room and value for money

  The hotel facilities and staff were wonderful especially for a romantic getaway for two. The hotel was not too far from the main train station so it was in a convienent location in the center of the action. While the price was expensive by US standards, it was reasonable for Lucrern and Europe in general. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel ... vad folk säger » again. - This has been thoroughly enjoyable - the lovely rooms, the hotel's position in the city, the excellent breakfast, the ever so helpful staff: there is no doubt where we would return to next time we are in Luzern!
