  We loved our room and our stay, especially the view over the foreshores and the lake. The reception staff were ever so helpful and keen to assist with any problems. They were vivacious, but at the same time very professional. The tour desk staff were also the same, pointing us in the right direction. We loved the walk along the lake to get to and... vad folk säger » from the station and also the access to the different parts of your beautiful Luzern. - They attended to every need during our stay. The view of the lake is perfect. The rooms are luxurious. Make sure you sit at the Bar at night and have a drink. The Bar Manager is really very nice and a pleasure to talk to at the end of the day.

  Stunning lake views from our quality room and patio, Good resturant and room service, Very helpful an polite staff. The local ferryboat and padal-steamer from the front of the hotel was a great bonus and all added for relaxing getting about in comfort.   We loved our room which was spacious with a great balcony. The staff was helpful and very courteous. The location was nice....close enough to walk to attractions but away from the very busy areas. - Convenient and free parking and pleasant staff
