  Friendly reception at the front desk. gentlemen gave me a very good room and allowed me a late check-out. Very comfortable stay and recommendend to those who want to be central in geneva and not pay too much. - I liked that it did not cost a thousand dollars a night and that wifi was free.   Modern hotel 2 blocks from lake and all the 5 star hotels but not at a 5 star price. Every member of the staff was nice and helpful. Very convenient to bus (tours) and great restaurants. My last day I asked if they had bottled water to take, they did not but offered to run to the store for me. Highly recommend. - Almost everything! The room was nice, the food was great, the staff were very helpful in every aspect.
