Central location. Very friendly staff, even gave us bus/train passes valid for the weekend. Excellent breakfast with several good varieties of bread and yogurts.The friendly staff at the reception, the continental breakfast and location.Bardzo. The location of the hotel was perfect, very close to the lake and train station and a short walk to the Old Town. As written in other reviews the hotel is in a red light area but that didn't cause any problems. The room was comfortable and the breakfast very good value.Gentle hotel staff and very good breakfast. However, its all safe and fun.bit on the red light district side of things, which might be relevant for families or prudes. Lack of notes about use of equipment (ie air conditioning, TV.). The room was good, however there was some mold on the carpet near the bathroom, due to some leakage. Regarding the location, there were some strange types on the street at night, but nothing to worry about: it's switzerland after all!. If you want "completely" quiet night, it will be better to look for another hotel. Small sounds from outside (corridor, other room) leaks into the room.The street is difficult to find and a bit dodgy. Sex shops next door.Prefer alarm clock and box of tissues.The lift did not work (maintenence repair) in the last day and I was on 4th floor!. Bed was not very comfortable (lumpy mattress and rock hard pillows) and a little noisy outside. I thought breakfast was a bit poor. I expect more selection of breads and cheeses from Geneva hotel.
