  Quirky decor and design very interesting.The staff were excellent - helpful and friendly. Free Tram pass provided was brilliant and so easy to use and get around.Coffee machine, nuts and water were nice gestures.Breakfast good and served until 1pm- so ideal for travellers or just leisurely start to the day. - Retro and cosy ambiance, nice and hel... vad folk säger » pfull staff, perfect location in an enchanting street.   Me and my wife really enjoyed staing in your hotel. The rooms are clean, furniture new. The breakfast and the restaurant were very good. And, of course, very professional and nice staff. Thank you! - The free travel card worked wonderfully. Restaurant was good. Parking garage very secure. Friendly, helpful staff.

  It was a fantastic stay with this Hostel..clean.. lovely food.. quit with excellent scenery out side and great atmosphere inside... Staff was very friendly from reception to Buffet staff..accessible to public transport specially to Train Main Station.so guy if you going to Basel Switzerland please pick and booked to this place i can guarantee a 1... vad folk säger » 00% satisfaction... looking forward to stay in the future i am back to Swiss land - I had my passport nicked while at a bathhouse. The staff at the reception were very helpful and put up well with a panicked traveler. The babbling brook right outside is a very nice touch. Breakfast is good. Nice bread, nice cheeses, yogurt, cereals, coffee is gratis in the morning. Overall, it's a very nice hostel though only a hostel which are generally only as good as the guests who are present.

  this is probably the best hotel in basel. room and bathroom are spacious. the river view room is magnificent. restaurants offer great food. staff are well experienced and helpful. everything is just beautiful. - The quiet. The view of the river. The location in old town and next to tram stop. The gourmet restaurant.
