This is the perfect place to stay for those wishing to visit the historical centre of Vitoria as the tram stop is right outside.   The receptionist, a Polish girl, was friendly, cheerful and extremely helpful. She even helped us carry some of our baggage up to the apartment. We only use it as an overnight stop but, were both very pleased with it. - Friendly staff and roomy, clean,well appointed accommodation; they even welcomed our dog.
