  Large room with friendly staff. Little mini-golf, baskeball hoop and small kids play set at the back to distract the children. Good location to town if you have a car as the centre is pedestrianised so it is simpler to walk in. - Helpful staff..really clean room. Well equipped kitchen.   Warm,friendly informative welcom, provding us with a map of Santillana and suggesting places to visit. We particularly appreciated the warm central heating and unlimited supply of hot water. During the typical Spanish breakfast we were asked more than once if we wanted anything to eat or drink. Nice to be able to sit out in the grounds. They had a portable Air Con Unit in our room which was welcoming. Allowed us to use their Air Pressure to pump our tyres up. Parking for the motorbike was easy. Very near to the Old Town which is delightful. This was our favourite hotel out of ten we had stayed in during our trip.

  Great location, although we did have a few problems finding it initially. Had everything you would expect in a holiday apartment. The outdoor courtyard was a bonus - The apartment is very nice. Super clean and great value for two adults and two small children. A couple of minutes walk from the old town.

One of the nights we stayed we saw lots of antique Bentley cars as a B - The location right at the heart of an exquisite medieval village. The hotel was a beautiful 18th Century building complete with suits of armour on the staircase, We had a large bedroom full of period furniture and the bed was pehaps the most comfortable I had ever experienced. The bathroom was almost as big. It was a real joy to stay there.

  What a perfect little Inn this turned out to be. Such a peaceful location too. We could not believe the size and quality of the room and highly modern bathroom. Lovely countryside views from the small window. The owners were clearly very proud of their posada as everything was sparkling and fresh/tidy. This was a ridiculously inexpensive stay an... vad folk säger » d we told the owner he should raise his prices but sadly he told us the Spanish economy is already preventing Spanish people from staying with him and - A real gem, people were very friendly& welcoming and the accommodation was above expectations. The rooms looked to be freshly well decorated and the walk-in shower was superb. The location is very close to an excellent choice of restaurants all offering good food at very reasonable prices. All of my friends had nothing but praise for the hotel, always a concern when you do a group booking.

  Very nice country setting overlooking the old town of Santillana Del Mar, complete with a field of ponies. Very comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast and dinner were very good.   Carmen and her family are very sweet and they have a gorgeous property. She and her husband worked hard to make the renovations! Perfect location to the gorgeous medieval town and near the Altamira cave (replicas/museum). We drove past it as we arrived at night--can be hard to find, though we had GPS in the car. She was so kind as we weren't there... vad folk säger » until 12am or so but still met us and let us in--we had an unexpected delay. People in the town were so nice--we loved it! - Habitació bastant gran I situat en un lloc tranquil, als afores (a 1km aprox del centre) / Spacious room and located in a paceful place, about 1km from the city center.
