  We had a delightful stay at Manuel's apartment! The communication before and during our stay was excellent, he is flexible and took the time to recommend restaurants and places of interest when we arrived (which is also compiled in his very own guide in the apartment, along with all manuals and instructions for equipment). Moreover, this apartment is located in the hotspot of urb - Lovely apartment, fresh, clean and bright. Well equipped for a short or long-term stay. Wifi, air conditioning, shower all excellent. Plenty of space and storage; comfortable and stylish. It certainly had everything we needed and more. Brilliant location. Owner was friendly, welcoming and helpful. Would certainly stay here again and recommend it to others.

  Upon arriving at the apartment we had a very warm welcome from Marisa. She spent time explaining the different areas of Seville to us, and letting us now where was good to visit/eat/drink and on which days. This was really helpful. The apartment itself was fantastic. It overlooks a lovely little street that leads upto the cathedral and it has the sun on it all da - I liked the location in between the airport and the Cathedral. Possible to walk from and to the airport. No taxis or buses are needed to the main attractions. I liked the spacious apartment. I also liked the young lady, Marisa, at the reception, who welcomed us, showed us round the apartment and gave us tips for our holiday. She is a warm welcoming person who helped out when needed and is an asset to SleepinSevilla.

  Friendly helpful staff at entrance, location is the biggest plus and minus. Metro station is within walking distance. Centre of Madrid is within walking distance. Convenience store and cafe right next to the apartment building, on either side. Clean apartment, including bed linen and towels. However, the sofa-bed turned out to be quite spacious to accommodate two olde - Excellent location just 10 minutes walk away from the city centre. Very clean. Also, Gracia who is in charge of the apartment was very helpful and friendly with us. She also speaks good English which is a big plus in Seville (if you don't speak Spanish)! Highly recommended!

  The apartment was literally right around the corner from the Cathedral. Plenty of room to relax. Loved our stay. It was great to have the feeling of coming and going whenever we wanted. We've always stayed at hotels, but this was great.   This was a wonderful place to stay beginning with our gracious and accommodating host Arturo. It did not feel like a business exchange but rather that you were staying with friends. All the comforts of home inside a well designed and efficiently laid out space provided a nice respite from a long journey. Laundry, kitchen, dining, are handy to have... vad folk säger » when on a long trip. But still the best part was our host who really takes a personal interest in the well being of his guests. His hospitality made - Great apartments that are very practical. The service from the time of making booking until after the checkout has been great. The apartment provides real value for money and caters for all your needs. it has iron, microwave, hob for cooking, fridge, washing machine and much much more. A great walk-in shower is also a great comfort. The apartments also provide free bicycle hire, which for a flat city like Sevilla is excellent.

  Good location in Triana, close to lots of restaurants. It was a 15 min or so walk over to the bull ring; maybe 20-25 mins to the Cathedral, but a beautiful walk by the river. Good amount of space in the apt (except for the second bedroom, which was very small with a single bed). Cheap, safe, parking. Very helpful staff. Tip: Go right out of hotel,... vad folk säger » take first street on right, and the Lidl supermarket is down about 5 min walk. - Modern immaculately maintained complex. Very spacious apartments with superb facilities. On site underground car park with numbered space. 10 Euros/day. Excellent location. Easy and pleasant walk along river bank to city tour buses and boat trips. 15 to 20 minutes to Cathedral and Alcazar.
