The staff was extremely helpful, polite and professional. They offered information about the city, asked if I needed help with my bags and they informed me that there was a discount for using the parking garage because I stayed at the hotel and various other questions which made me feel very comfortable about staying at this hotel. - Great value f

Närheten till Congresshallen - The staff was very friendly and even though we speak English they tried to help us out. We got a triple room but it included a couch so my son slept on it. the hotel was close to the train station - only about 10 mins walk, and also close enough to the city centre - 15 mins walk. Hotel was top class with nice rooms and bathroom, and nice swimming pool. Reception staff were all fluent in englissh and very helpful re sights, where to eat etc. would definately stay again. Cant believe how cheap this was

We traveled with our 10month old, they were very accomodating. Only a 6 min walk to trolley into center, or 17 min walk to center. We will definitely stay there again!! Big room and bathroom!

The hotel had very stylish decor and this went down very well with our daughters. The rooms were clean,comfortable and well appointed. We are a couple with an 11 year old daughter and a 14 year old daughter, the girls had their own room with a connecting door to our room and this provided privacy and security. The staff were friendly and helpful. -
