  Det bästa var nog at de tog hand om bilen vid ankomsen - It's central, easy access to shops, facilities, main roads. Beautiful vistas, great, helpful staff, multi-lingual, also. Good tourist information leaflets. Wonderful ambience. Would recommend it to anyone.... - Staff were very approachable and helpful.   Splendid, beautiful and cosy hostel. The indoor patio is like a cinema setup and every night when I got back to my room to rest, I was instantly relaxed... Location was a bit tricky at first but then it's very conveniently situated next to a park, to the Alcazar, to shops/restaurants/ laundromat, taxi stand. VERY quiet area and very safe! Everything is well within walking distance. Our room (ground floor facing the patio) was quiet and cleaned daily. We found the matresses were fine (firm, though). Save entrance, kind staff, good Wi-Fi connection, both in our room and on the patio. Breakfast is not included, but there are very affordable and good breakfast bars around the corner.

  Excellent location in city centre. The staff were helpful and friendly at all times and we liked the 24hr reception desk which made us feel secure in the hotel. The building had lots of character with lovely internal courtyards and interesting paintings and furnishings. We stayed in the junior suite (room 103) which was amazing. The whole suit felt very homely and relaxing an - The hotel is quirky - but very nicely so. The decor of old Spainish tiles in an ancient convent provides a comfortably and interesting historical ambiance. The hotel is clean and quiet, and the buffet breakfast is amongst the best we have enjoyed. Being only one hundred metres from the cathedral in the Santa Cr us district is a real bonus.
