Nice apartment with a lot of natural light and we particularly enjoyed the balconies with beautiful views of the city and surrounding hills. It was spacious and comfortable. Even though we were in the city center the bedrooms faced an interior courtyard and were quiet at night. Impeccably presented fully self contained apartment. Well designed and equipped. Outstanding selection of crockery,cutlery and stemware. Comfortable bed, pillow and linen options. Excellent shower and bathroom.Washing machine and secure drying area.
alla recensioner » Very friendly and supportive staff. We had the 2-bedroom Kursaal apartment and it was very close to the beach and downtown. The apartment has pretty much everything you would need. All in all a great place although a little on the pricey side. Central location, close to the shops, beach and old town. Rooms were of a good size and very comfortable and clean with all necessary amenities included. Highly recommended would definitely stay there again if return to San Sebastian. Very nice apartment in a location near the town historic centre. The staff was helpful in sorting out an issue with the parking (5-min walk from the flat). Restaurants, bars and bakeries a few minutes away. Great location 10 minute walk to beach Old town and to main station lots of restaunts and Bars alsi great little store with everything you need for apartment living. Apartment was clean, new and huge. It is really close to La Concha beach and the old town, so perfect location. Really good value for money. Parking in San Sebastian starts at 20 Euros per day(beyond the control of the leasing agents). While the street the apartment faces doesn't get a ton of traffic there are trash/recycle pick-ups late at night that are quite noisy. Being just on the riverside attached to San-Sebastian touristic area, it was quite noisy at night ("movida"), but for sure still much better than further downtown!. No cleaning products even some sample ones would have been great till you can get to a store. The bad smell in the foyer of our building. no real issues or complaints.. No balcony. Poor kitchen equipment. The maid didnt show up twice. Place cleaned only one time in three weeks. Apt representative late in arriving and not at all responsive. There was no sign on the door to the apartment, and nobody told us wich apt it was, so we had to ask a girl that lived there and happened to come in the door. Its not the apartment you see in the pictures when booking. You have to pick up keys at one location and then go to apartment which was hard to find. Staff spoke poor english and were generally confused. No nearby parking arranged. No aircondition in apartment. Called and was offered fans that never came. All in all very overpriced. Mattresses are too soft and sinking in the centre.
