  Beautiful location. Quiet little Basque town by the sea. Hotel well equipped for a relaxing stay. Staff were exceptionaly friendly and helpful. Swmming pool and health facilities superb. ining room excellent with a view over the harbour and the sea. Breakfast was great. Very pleasant surroundings. We had a flat tire while staying at the hotel and the staff was very cooperative about helping us get it changed and taking us to a tire repair shop to get us back on the road. THis was above and beyond the call of duty. My thanks to the receptionist and the technician.

  Stayed 4 nights at this well-managed hotel with very friendly and efficient staff. Our room (junior suite) had a great view on the river and the Guggenheim museum. The coloured windows are a somewhat strange gimmick, but you get used to it after a while. We enjoyed being able to rent bicycles at the hotel and discover Bilbao at our own speed. Break... vad folk säger » fast includes some quite tasty bread! - The free bikes were great. Bilbao is excellent for cycling around and we managed to get way further than on foot. Staff were really exceptionally friendly and pleasant. We used their package that included the bikes and Guggenheim tickets. Convenient. Ideally situated for the Guggenheim and old city.

  A great little Hotel right on the beach and with a well kept 2 mile long promanade overlooking the beach and across the water to the port area of Bilbao. Good room with a sea view and balcony but a little hiccup one day over cleaning the room with dirty/ wet towels not changed but very soon sorted out with a word at reception. Saturday and Sunday the cafeteria and outside tables were a - Fabulous location in front of beach, nicely renovated hotel with nice clean rooms, big bed, and lovely new bathrooms. What it lacks in extras, it makes up for in being clean, modern, offering a good breakfast, and a great spot in front of the beach. Parking off-season is free & easy on road running parallel to beach.

  the price was very good , very clean and the stuff were great. - Comfortable enough in this price class. Nice and professional personnel.
