  Location, Location, Location, Safe, not close to city center but it was nice, because it was quieter which after a day out was very nice, still near art Museum, and amazing shops, the city tour bus operates from two streets away, close to all amenities and lovely restaurants, just down the main road you get Retiro Park the most amazing park in Mad... vad folk säger » rid you can spend a whole day there, loved every second of it, Hotel staff are so friendly and helpful, our room was cleaned beautifully every day, am - located in front of Spanish Ministry of Internal Affairs. Good location, 10min walking distance to the first historical square where you normally start a walking tour of Madrid. Was very quiet, no people, very good breakfast 12E a person which is super good for the center. If you go out you spend twice as much for breakfast. Room is small and cosy and they don't charge for children if they stay with you on the bed. Has little kitchen, can cook a bit. Overall good impression, hotel is either new

  Good location near the Palaces, Opera and Plaza Mayor but on a quietish side street. Good sized pleasant room. Worth going to for the amazing breakfast selection alone. - The staff was very friendly and helpful. Absolutely perfect location if you want to do sigh seeings. Close to variouse restaurants and pub.

  This is the newest Parador, only 2 years old, and don right in the heart of old town Alcala. Excellent food in both restaurants, good parking and strong wi-fi that you go on with no sign in. Close to Madrid Airport and 1/2 hour by train to downtown Madrid. - It's a fantastic hotel to stay! Surely it is a good tip for a relaxing break after visit... vad folk säger » ing Madrid. Rooms are luxurious and the pool is top. Extremely friendly were the ladies who served us during our breakfast. Especially the French one.

  Probably the one hotel where the service from every single staff member from doorman to reception was excellent. Everyone smiles here! The decor is beautiful, the rooms luxurious and much bigger than what you would expect normally in a big city in Europe. Location was fantastic, for restaurants and shopping.   It was unbelievable service, the stuff can solve absolutely any question, they are very attentive and charming. Really the best hotel I ever been! - Great service, Extremely helpful staff. You have all you need to relax and feel comfortable. Silence in the room. Impressive design.
