  Good location near the Palaces, Opera and Plaza Mayor but on a quietish side street. Good sized pleasant room. Worth going to for the amazing breakfast selection alone. - The staff was very friendly and helpful. Absolutely perfect location if you want to do sigh seeings. Close to variouse restaurants and pub.

  Hotel staffs are very kind - Big comfortable rooms. Free wireless internet access. considering the location of the hotel and the traffic on main road, I couldn't hear the noise in the bedroom. Very good location for train, underground and bus.

  Probably the one hotel where the service from every single staff member from doorman to reception was excellent. Everyone smiles here! The decor is beautiful, the rooms luxurious and much bigger than what you would expect normally in a big city in Europe. Location was fantastic, for restaurants and shopping.   I Enjoy Running. It is close to a lot of long distance running. The Metro is close by and it takes 5 mins to the Center of town.   Lovely hotel with very friendly helpful staff, really excellent room for our family of 5, very spacious, clean with very good facilities. Central room divider worked very well felt like we had two rooms. Lovely central courtyard area too. Great location 10 minutes walk from the Gran Via. Receptionist Patricia was great! Maps, directions were provided. Parking is 5 min, metro is 0.50min, bus-stop for the city-tour is 10 min walk. Located on live square, but not noisy. Very pleased with expereince, pity we stayed over thier only 1 night.
