Staff lovely and very helpful. Excellent location right in city centre walking distance to sights or metro 2minute walk away. Rooms clean with great air con and fridge. Great laundrette just down road and plenty of bars and restaurants. Would definately stay here next time we are in Madrid

I should say this is a perfect Hostal! Location is perfect, 5 minutes to
Sol station or Gran Via! Staff are sooo nice and helpful, giving me a
lot of advice and help me resolve the problem of travel adapter! And
also need to mention, the design and decoration of the room, surprised
and considerate and sweet! With the price and location, I do think this
Hostal deserves highly recommended.

First of all the price is very competitive compare to other 3 stars
hotel. The location is very near gran via street. So for you who like to
shop this is the perfect hotel. Another plus of the hotel is the
location very near metro station (forgot the name of the station) just 2
minutes walk. So you can go everywhere easily.

Location superb - pedestrianised shopping strip right outside your door. Very safe area. Extremely helpful staff-thanks Mary and George for a great and comfortable stay. Det mesta var väldigt bra. En härlig atmosvär och bra läge. - absolutly amazing !! Nice view, wonderful restaurant, wonderful SPA, wonderful staff and services. All the staff was absolutely nice with us. - It´s an excelent hotel, a nice pool, far from the turists location but very close to the subway station. Excelent choice and value for money.

The Cervantes hostel is very well situated, 10 minutes walk to the Atocha train station and 10 minutes walk to the Puerta del Sol. Staff and owner are very kind, smart people. Bed is very comfortable, claned rooms and bathrooms, which are inside the rooms.

Very reasonably priced for a city hotel. Our room was spacious, the bathroom was also a good size and the bed was large and very comfortable. Best of all the room was quiet so it was possible to get a good nights sleep even in the middle of a noisy city. The hotel is easy to find just a short walk from Plaza Cibeles where the airport bus stops. All the main attractions and shops are within easy walking distance.
